Huang Hua Cheng

The Great Wall at Huang Hua Cheng is a section which is no longer open to the public. Access is through a farmer’s property only, and we will usually have the Great Wall to ourselves. Huang Hua Cheng is about about 2 hour drive from Beijing.

It is also possible to combine the trip with a visit to the Mutianyu section.

 

Huang Hua Cheng (approximately 8 hours)

  • Pick-up from your accommodation around 08:00 h (or earlier).
  • About 2 hours drive to Huang Hua Cheng section (depending on traffic).
  • Visit Huang Hua Chen for about 2-3 hours. You can either visit part of the section and return the same way, or alternatively, walk the entire section and I will pick you up at the other end. Note: There is no cable car access at this part of the Great Wall.
  • Drive back to Beijing and drop-off at your accommodation (or anywhere in downtown).
  • Tour Price: 700 RMB (1-4 guests); additional 100 RMB if Mutianyu Great Wall is included.
  • Tour Price: 900 RMB (4-6 guests); additional 100 RMB if Mutianyu Great Wall is included.
  • All prices include taxes, petrol, road tolls and parking. Payment in full at the end of service and can be made in RMB, USD or EUR. No credit cards, please. A deposit is not necessary.
